Audit further appearing that it is, necessary to consider this vacation for reasons of maintenance and access; and the Board of County Commissioners feels this change should be made,to serve the interests of all land owners in this area, MIS THEREFORE HEREBY_:RESOLVED:that it is the intention .of the Board of County Commissioners to vacate the following: described road, to -wtt: '- Parcel No ,i - A strip of land 10 feet in Width beginning at a point on the north tight -of -way line of Fourth Street and West..right -of -way line of.Huntington,Road thence west, along said right -of -way line to' the East right- of -,wa:y line :of Gauge Street. Parcel No. 2 - A strip of'iand .10 feet in width beginning at a point on the South right -of -way, line of Fourth Street and West right -of -way line of BUR ton Road, thence, West along said of -way line to the East right - of -way line`. of Bouge Street. The vacation action on Parcels 1 & 2 *re to reduce the 80 foot right -of -way to one 60 feet in ,width.` Parcel No.,3 - All that portion of an alley through Block 27 beginning, at a point on the. South right -of -way line of FoLtrth, Street to the North ght -,of -way line of Fifth Street. All of this is according to the official plat .of LaPine. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED THAT copies of this. Resolution, duly cert- ified to as such by the County Clerk, shall be .sted in three (3) ,places along- the road to be vacated, and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on Bulletin Board in the entrance of: the Deschutes Bounty Courthouse Bend, Oregon; VOL that Friday, April 30, 1971 at 1'6:00 aam..
