This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector and
Equitable Savings & Loan Association, and,
It appearing that taxes were Paid on wrong
account, and,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amound so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter
311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C. Sholes as
Tax Collector refund the amount of $93.02.
