WHEREAS, it is hereby considered that a public necesOty exists for
,
the establishMent of the road hereinafter:described; said Board /Of COunty
Commissioners does hereby declare its intention to'eatablish a county road in
Deschtues County, Oregon, by Resolution, descrped4es fol/ows, to-wit:
A, strip of land in Section 24, TewnshiP.,i8:South; Range 12 East
and Section 19, Township 18 South; Range 13 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, more particularly'described
as follows:
A strip of land 60 feet wide lying 30 feet en each side of the
following described centerTine:
Beginning at the section cdrner common to Sections 13 and 24,
Township 1$ South, Range 12 East and Sections 18 and 19, Tow':
ship 18 South; Range 13 East -of the Willamette Meridian which
point is on the centerline of the Rickard Road. Thence South
000 27' 32" West 30 feet to the South right-of-way line of the
Rickard Road, the true paint of beginning, thence South Oe°
27' 32" West, 5,217.511'feet to 4,point on the north right-of-way
line of the Arnold Market loop, and there terminating, Smid
point being North 00° 27" 32" East 40 feet five the cornet com-
mon to Sections 24 and 25, Townsh4 18 ,South, Range 12 East; and
Sections 19 and 30 Township lB South, Range 13 East of the
amette Meridian.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County RoadmAMter or
his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by post true
copies thereof, properly certified to as such by the County ,C104 at the place
of holding County Court and also at three public places in the Vicinity of said
proposed road thirty days previous to the cOnsideration of this Resolution by

the Board'of County Commissioners, notifying,all persons concerned,that-said
Resolution will be considered.and pasted uponbythis Board,of Commissioners
at a.meeting on the 4th day of November, 1970, at which time the Board will
consider any objections or remonstrances which May be filed on account of said
. .
