Transfer of Funds )
This matter coming before the Commission on its own petition,
and the Commission having made investigation and being advised,
It appears that under B.O.R. Project 41-00251 the County was
in participation and agreement with the City of Bend in the ac-
quisition of Dutch Stover Park and,
It appears in accordance with an agreement dated July 7, 1970
the County of Deschutes was to receive the funds from the State of
Oregon and transfer the funds to the City of Bend.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Treasurer transfer the sum of
$3,750.00, which Deschutes County received from the State of Oregon
on B.O.R. Project 41-00251 to the City of Bend, in accordance with
the above mentioned agreement.
Done by order of the Deschutes County Commission this 7th
day of October 1970.
