This matter coming before the Commission upon
the request of the Circuit Court judges and, the Commission
having made investigation and being advised,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the Deschutes County
Treasurer establish a Trust Fund for the Ilth Judicial
District, Circuit Court, State of Oregon, for the fiscal
year July I, 1971 to June 30, 1972, and for future years as
per Agreement made July I, 1971.
And pay, from said trust fund, all lawful expenses
of the Circuit Court, as budgeted, in accordance with
approved vouchers, orders of the Circuit Court and as
required by law.
Effective July I, 1971.
