14-456-Order Recorded 2/3/1971In the Matter of Constructing an access IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES O R D E R VOL 14 PAGE 456 A permit is granted by Deschutes County to Bud P. Holliday to construct an access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A detailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR, INSTALLATIONS ermittee shall be required to observe the following rules and regulations per- tains o the moving of buildings. The permittee shall be required to move the buildings o eumatic dollies evenly spaced so as to insure an even weight dis- tribution, and pr ly shored so as to prevent collapse while in the process of moving. The permittee 11 be responsible for all traffic warnings to the traveling public, as may be ssary to insure safe travel while in the process of moving the building. The permitte all be required to have at least two (2) pilot cars equipped with signs depicting " ide Load", and all the necessary signs and flagmen at all intersections so as to ins an even flow of the traffic and prevent congestion., The permittee will be held dir responsible for any and all damage to the existing pavement and shoulder areas,,a fill be required to repair said damage or pay damages to Deschutes County for the scary repairs. If during the course of moving, it is necessary to move bridge rails the permittee 'shall be required to replace the railings to ther original sta The Private Access to County Road: See attached map. The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the description. If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be deter- mined, and also included on the description. The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress and future maintenance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation at his own expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility for damage to said installation as a result of maintenance or construction. Failure of permittee to comply with performance of work will result in a charge for work performed by Deschutes County.
