14-463-Resolution Recorded 2/5/1971In the Matter ) ) of ) VACATION OF STREETS ) IN LA PINE ) IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES R E S O L U T I O N VOL 14 ?ACE 463 This matter coming before the Board of County Commissioners upon the petition of Mid —State Electric Cooperative, LaPine, Oregon, and The Commission having made investigation and being advised, IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that I)Eighth Street from the East line of Highway 97 to the West line of Huntington County Road which is the East line of LaPine Townsite, 2)Morson Street from the south line of Eighth Street to the North line of Ninth Street, 3)Stilwell Street from the South line of Eighth Street to the North line of Ninth Street, 4)Harriman Street from the North line of Eighth Street to the West line of Huntington County Road, 5)The Alley thru Block 37 of LaPine from the South line of Eighth Street to the North line of Ninth Street, 6)The Alley thru Block 24 of LaPine from the South line of Eighth Street to the North line of Ninth Street, 7)the Alley thru block 23 of LaPine from the South line of Eighth Street to the North line of Ninth Street all according to the official plat thereof. And it is further ordered that Charles L. Plummer, Deschutes County Roadmaster, post notices of the proposed vacations in three C3) conspicuous places and that the date of hearing shall be Friday, March 5, 1971, at 10 :00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, in the Deschutes County Courthouse.
