This matter coming before the Board on the
petition of the City of Bend and the Board having made
investigation and being advised;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the City of Bend be
granted ♦he rights to the use of street material for
use on City projects from property owned by Deschutes
County, specifiiglLy described as:
E�EZ Sec. 4 and easement for access road
through center of Sec. 14, from Arnold
Market Road, Twp. 18 S., Range 12 E.W.M.
that this use permit be in force for a period of ten
(10) years. This permit may be revoked by written
notice of ninety (90) days. This Order voids a like
Order dated the 6th day of August, 1969.
Done in regular Commission meeting this 7th
day of January, 1970.
