At this time the Commission upon the advice of the Public Em-
ployees Retirement Board, ordered that effective October I, 1967, Hugo
Fischer was employed full-time in the Road Department of Deschutes County by
order of the Commission, at a salary of $460.00 per month.
IN THE MATTER OF
LEASE OF COUNTY -
OWNED LANDS:
At this time the Commission leased to Lloyd Luelling county -owned
lands in Twp. 19 S., R. 15 E., Twp. 19 S., R. 16 E., Twp. 20 S., R. 15 E.,
and Twp. 20 S., R. 16 E. (detailed description attached), containing 7,146.16
acres, more or less, for a term of January I, 1970 to December 31, 1970, for
grazing purposes only, at the rate of ten cents per acre, a total of $714.62.
IN THE MATTER OF
SISTERS RURAL FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT:
At this time the Commission, upon the petition of eighteen legal
voters of Precincts #15 and #30 in the County of Deschutes, ordered that the
Clerk shall cause a Notice of Hearing, to be published in the Bulletin, as
these petitioners are desirous of the dissolution of the Sisters Rural Fire
Protection District. Such hearing is set for the 18th day of March, 1970,
Deschutes County District Courtroom, Bend, Oregon, at 11:00 a.m., Pacific
Standard Time.
IN THE MATTER OF
REFUND OF TAXES:
The Commission at this time ordered F. C. Sholes, Tax Collector,
to make the following refund of taxes:
