13-240-Order Recorded 7/7/1969VOL 13 ?AcE ?0 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter ) ) of ) O R D E R ) The vacation of ) a portion of ) Rogers Road ) This matter coming before the County Court upon the petition of William Leer, Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of a portion of a road known as the "Edwin Rogers Road", and the Court having made investigation and been advised, and it further appearing that it is necessary to consider this vacation for reasons of maintenance and access; and this matter having come before the Court the 4th day of June, 1969, it was so resolved to vacate the following described land, to -wit: Description of a portion of the Edwin Rogers Road to be vacated across the land of William Leer, Jr. The center line description is as follows: Beginning at a point South 414.6 feet from the Northeast corner of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) Section Nine (9) Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Twelve (12) East Willamette Meridian and running North 590 52' West 418.0 feet; thence North 71° 57' West 635.5 feet to a point on the North line of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) Section Nine (9) Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Twelve (12) East. That there is also on file and of record the approval of the said Deschutes County Court, in and to the said vacation as herein set forth. That there is also on file and of record the certificate of Charles L. Plummer, County Roadmaster, swearing to the placing and posting of notice of the aforesaid vacation on three places within the limits of the area to be vacated. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That a portion of Rogers Road in Deschutes County, Oregon shall be and the same is hereby vacated, as there were no objections at such hearing held this day.
