This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes_as Tax Collector
and Dick Arnett, and,
It appearing that a Double Payment of
taxes has been made on property, and,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Sholes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $135.83.
