The Court made Resolution to vacation a portion of the 0. H. &1 0 Road,
upon written petition of the freeholders in Woodland Park Subdivision, as it appears this
road is no longer used by the public; and more properly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Township line between Tp. 21 S. and Tp. 22 S.
Range 10 E.W.M. - 690 ft. East of the 1/4 Section corner between Sections
32 and 5, and running thence S 150-00'E - 10,0.0 feet more or less diagonally
across Sections 4 - 5 and 9 to a point on the Section line between
Sections 9 and 10 - Tp.22 S. R. 10 E.W.M. which point is 600 feet North of
the 1/4 Section corner between Sections 9 and 10.
And further ordered the Deschutes County Roadmaster, Charles L. Plummer, or his duly
qualified deputy, post notices of proposed vacation of a portion of 0. H. Taylor Road in
three (3) conspicuous places and that the date of Hearing shall be February 5, 1969,
Pacific Standard Time, at 10:00 a.m., in the Deschutes County Courtroom, Deschutes County
Courthouse.

CONTRACT:
The Court entered into an Agreement with Joseph Wayne & Joan H. Jacobs, P.O.
Box 552, Redmond, Oregon for the following real property:
Lots 9, 10, 11 & 12, Block 63, Townsite of Redmond
for the sum of $2200.00; with a down payment of $440.00 in cash and the balance in equal
monthly payments of $50.00, plus the rate of 6 per cent interest. This parcel was from
Land Sale ; 297, parcel -#'41.
IN THE MATTER OF
CONTRACT FOR
PLANNING SERVICES:
The Court -at this time entered into an Agreement by and between the Deschutes
County pLanning Department established by the Deschutes County Court and the City of Bend,
which will maintain coordination between the City and County with respect to the County-
wide Comprehensive Planning Program and its objectives as it relates to the urbanizing area
of the City. This agreement shall reamin in effect during the balance of this fiscal
year, 1968-1969 for which the City agrees to pay Deschutes 'County the total sum of
$3,873.00 for services rendered.
IN THE MATTER OF
RADIO MAINTENANCE
SERVICEMAN:
The Court at this time ordered the item in the previous Court Day Minutes
(January 2, 1969) be deleted, regarding radio maintenance serviceman, pending further
investigation and discussion of the Court.
