R E S O L U T I O N
This matter coming before the Court upon written petition of
the freeholders in Woodland Park Subdivision, praying for the vacation

of a portion of 0. H. Tay+rr Road.
And the Court being advised and having made investigation,
and it appearing that this road te no longer used by the public, and
the property is owned by certain freeholders to wit:
And more properly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Township line between Tp.2I S.
and Tp.22 S. Range 10 E.W.M. - 690 ft. East of the 1/4
Section corner between Sections 32 and 5, and running
thence S 45 ° -00'E - 10,040 feet more or less diagonally
across Sections 4 - 5 and 9 to a point on the Section
line between Sections 9 and 10 - Tp.22 S. R. 10 E.W.M.
which point is 600 feet North of the 1/4 Section corner
between Sections 9 and 10.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That Charles L. Plummer, Deschutes County Roadmaster,
or his duly guI4 i-fied deputy, post notices of proposed vacation of a portion
of 0. H. ToOlor Road in three (3) conspicuous places and that the date of

Hearing shall be Fobruary 5, 1969, Pacific Standard Tirne, at 10:00 a.m., in
the Deschutes County Courtroom, Deschutes County Courthouse.
