Car expense 29.05 Atlantic Richfield Company Car expense 13.76 Gordon Randall Agency Insurance & Bond 10.00 -2- VOL 12 FACE 451 IN THE MATTER OF RECORDING CLERK: The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place Agnes Selfors on the payroll in the Clerk's Office as Recording Clerk at a salary of $375.00 per month, beginning February 1, 1969. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF PIPELINE: The Court at this time granted a permit to'City of Redmond to install a pipeline on or across Deschutes County. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF GAS LINE: The Court at this time granted a permit to Cascade Natural Gas Corporation to install a 2" gas line on Parrell Road. IN THE MATTER OF RELIEF SUPERVISOR: The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of Richard Long on the payroll for the J -J Boys' Ranch Staff as relief supervisor, for a temporary employment at $25.00 per week, effective February 27, 1969. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: The Court at this time ordered F. C. Sholes, Tax Collector, to make the following refund of taxes: Blue Chip Realty Overpayment $10.94 Blue Chip Realty Overpayment 5.72 M. T. Kusler Double payment 3.95 IN THE MATTER OF PINE FOREST DRIVE: The Court at this time ordered that the Minutes of February 5, 1969 be disregarded in the matter of Pine Forest Drive as the description is incomplete;, thereby the Court resolved its intention to establish a county road in Deschutes County, Oregon for the following: A roadway 60 feet in width, being 30 feet in width each side of the center line described as follows: Beginning at the corner of Section 3 - 4 - 33 - 34 on the township line between townships 21 S., Range 10 E.W.M. and Twp. 22 S., Range 10 E.W.M. and running thence one mile south to the corner of Sections 3 - 4 - 8 - 9 of Twp. 22,S., Range 10 E.W.M. and further the Court ordered that the County Roadmaster or his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk, at the place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to the consideration of this Resolution, and on the 26th day of March, 1969, at which time the Court will consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road. -3- VOL - 12 PAGE452 IN THE MATTER OF REAL ESTATE CONTRACT: The Court, on February 28, 1969, entered into an Agreement with Chester W. Crist and Rhoda J. Crist, husband and wife, for the purchase of the following county -owned lands, to -wit: The South half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (S2_SftE 4) and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (V,�VWi4SE1F,q) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Thirteen (13), East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, upon performance by the Buyer of the payments, and at the time the Seller delivers a deed to the above described lands, the Buyer will convey by Bargain and Sale Deed to the Seller the Westerly 30 feet and the Southerly 30 feet of the above described land for road purposes. The purchase price of the property, which Purchasers agree to pay, shall be the sum of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00); with the sum of $1,000.00 delivered by purchaser to seller at the time of execution of this contract; one year from the date of this contract, buyer shall make an additional payment of $750.00. A third and final payment of $750.00 shall be made two years from the date of this contract. Interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance at the rate of seven percent UP per annum to be paid annually in addition to the principal payment. Further this contract is executed under the provisions of ORS 271.510 for the purpose of the buyer utilizing the premises as an industrial facility. There being no further business, Court adjourned.
