IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON
FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES
In the Matter

Vacation of a
Portion of 20th Street
Dana Butler Subdivision
R E S O L U T I O N
This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of
Emil Howell of Redmond, Deschutes County, Oregon, and it appearing
that said portion of road is in Deschutes County, Oregon, as recorded
in Dana Butler Subdivision, which record is duly contained in the
Deschutes County Clerk's Office, and,
It further appearing that this action is necessary for the
improvement of the Howell property;
It IS THEREFORE HEREBY RESOLVED That it is the intention of
the County Court to vacate a portion of 20th Street in Dana Butler
subdivision described as:
The west 10.00 feet of a portion of 20th Street in Dana
Butler Subdivision, Deschutes County, Oregon and now more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of lot 2, block 4, of said
Dana Butler subdivision, the in,tial point as well as the
point of beginning; thence N 89 46' E 10.00 ft; thence
N 0° 33' W 169.49 feet; thence south 89° 41' 11 10.00 ft. to
the west line of said 20th street; thence S 0 33' E, along
the west line of said 20th street 169.45 feet to the south-
east corner of said lot 2, block 4, the point of beginning;
which parcel contains 0.0389 acres of land.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED That copies of this Resolution duly
certified by the County Clerk shall be posted in three (3) places, along
the road to be vacated, and that a copy of this be placed on the bulletin
board in the entrance of the Deschutes County Courthouse; that Wednesday,

April 16, 1969, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time at the County
Courtroom, Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, and the same is hereby fixed as
the time and place for the hearing of objections, if any there be, why
said portion of a street should not be vacated.
