This agreement shall be effective July I, 1969 and may be terminated at any time upon the mutual con- sent of both parties. IN THE MATTER OF TIME PURCHASE AGREEMENT FORM: The Court at this time approved the new Time Purchase Agreement Form for selling County owned lands on terms. IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF PORTION OF PLAT OF OVERLOOK PARK: The Court, upon the petition of Sunriver Properties, Inc., through its President, Donald V. McCallum, resolved to vacate a portion of Plat of Over- look Park in Sunriver, as recorded and on file in the Deschutes County Clerk's office to -wit: All of that portion of Overlook Park lying in Deschutes County, Oregon, according to the plat thereof recorded Ubly 11, 1969 in book 9 of the records of plats of Deschutes County, Oregon at page 26 et/ seq. Described as: Lots I, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and II in Block 2 of said Overlook Park. -4- VOL 13 PACE 427 And it is further ordered that Donald V. McCallum of Sunriver, post notices of the proposed vacation in three (3) conspicuous places and that the date of Hearing shall be November 19, 1969, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard time, in the Deschutes County Courtroom, Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, if there be any objections to this above mentioned vacation. IN THE MATTER OF AGREEMENT OF DEPUTY WATERMASTER: The Court at this time entered into an Agreement with Crook County hereby agreeing to terms of employment of the Deputy Watermaster, District No. II and the portion of his pay allocable to Crook County. IN THE MATTER OF LEASES OF COUNTY OWNED LANDS: The Court at this time entered into an Agreement with Harvey L. $ Virginia Gillworth, Canyon Ranch, Terrebonne for the following described county -owned lands, to -wit: Twp. 14 S., Range II E.W.M.: Sec. 24: SWkNWµ, WISWk 25: NW4NWk containing 160 acres, more or less, from Jan. 1, 1970 to Dec. 31, 1975, for grazing purposes only at the rate of 10 cents per acre or $16.00 per year. The Court entered into an Agreement with Albert J. Keen and Ruth H. Keen for the following described county -owned lands, to -wit: Twp. 15 S., Range 12 E.W.M.: Sec. II: NE&NER lying east of the river 12: That portion of SW'kNW$, East and South of Deschutes River and North of Franks Road containing 16 acres, more or less, from Jan. I, 1970 to Dec. 31, 1975, for grazing purposes only, at the rate of ten cents per acre or $5.00 per year. The Court entered into an Agreement with Deschutes Odin Falls Ranch for the following described county -owned lands, to -wit: That portion of the following described lands North and West of the center of the Deschutes River and South and East of a line between a point at the Northeast corner of the southwest Quarter of Sec. I, Twonship 15 South, Range 12 E.W.M., and a point at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Sec. Ii, Township 15 South, Range 12 E.W.M.: Twp. 15 South, Range 12 E.W.M.: Sec. I: SW4, SW4SE4 12: NWuNWi Cd: NE%NEJ containing 215 acres, more or less; from Jan. I, grazing purposes only, at the rate of ten cents IN THE MATTER OF AN ACCESS: 1970 to Dec. 31, 1975, for per acre or $21.50. The Court at this time granted a permit to John D. Cole to construct an access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF PAVING PARKING LOTS AND MURRAY ROAD: The Court at this time authorized the Department of Public Works to engage Bend Aggregate and Paving to pave (3) three parking lots and Murray Road -5- VOL 13 PACE ? and several miscellaneous projects, involving approximately 600 tons, for the price of $12.50 per ton. IN THE MATTER OF MOVING A BUILDING: The Court at this time granted a permit to Kenneth J. Holman to move a building on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF PLATTED STREET: At this time the Court, upon the petition of Charles Rickabaugh, Bend, Oregon, resolved to vacate a portion of Hayes Avenue, as recorded in the plat of Virginia Park, in the Deschutes County Clerk's office, described to -wit: A portion of Hayes Avenue from the east side of the Dulles -California Highway to the west side of the Central Oregon Canal, a distance of 166.10 feet. And it is further ordered that Charles L. Plummer, Deschutes County Roadmaster, post notices of the proposed vacation in three (3) conspicuous places and that the date of hearing shall be December 17, 1969, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, in the Deschutes County Courthouse, Deschutes County Courtroom, if there be any objections. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: The Court at this time ordered F. C. Constable Brothers Store IN THE MATTER OF TEMPORARY EASEMENT: The Court at this time granted a temporary easement, for the considera- tion of the sum of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00), to the United States of America, Bonneville Power Administration, to expire August 6, 1972, for the installation operation and maintenance of one atmospheric gradient probe, together with buried cable, upon and across the following described property: A parcel of land in Government Lot 2 of Section 5, Township 20 South, Range 16 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon. VOL 13 FAA29 IN THE MATTER OF SHERIFF'S PERSONNEL.: The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of Mary Viola Clayton on the payroll of the Jail Department of the Sheriff's Office as a cook at a salary of $2646.00 per year, effective October I, 1969.
