13-450-Order Recorded 10/22/19691 VOL 13 ?AGE i 0 IN THE COUNTY COURT FOR THE STATE OF OREGON In the Matter of Vacation of a Street in Laidlaw FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES O R D E R This matter having come before the Court the 22nd day of September, upon the petition of Dale Jackson, Box 442, LaPine, Oregon, County of Deschutes, praying for the vacation of a portion of Riverside Avenue in Laidlaw, as recorded and on file in the Deschutes County Clerk's office to -wit: The west fifty (50) feet of Riverside Avenue from the extended south line of Block 12 to the south line of the Nichols Secondary Road of Laidlaw. That there is also on file and of record the approval of the said Deschutes County Court, in and to the said vacation as herein set forth, That there is also on file and of record the certifi- cate of Charles L. Plummer, Deschutes County Roadmaster, swearing to the placing and posting of notice of the aforesaid vacation on three places within the limits of the area to be vacated, and one notice posted on the Bulletin Board at the Deschutes County Court- house. That the reasons have been set forth by the petitioner for the necessity of the vacation which has been petitioned, and it appearing to the Court that the petition has been filed with the County Clerk for thirty days or more previous to this date, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, Page 1 of 2 VOL 13 PAGE 45 -1 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the portion of Riverside Avenue as described above, in Laidlaw, Deschutes County, Oregon shall be and the same is hereby vacated, as there were no objections at such Hearing held this day.
