12-514-Resolution Recorded 4/2/19694tit 1 mu 51 4 In the Matter ) ) of ) ) THREE CREEKS ) ) ROAD ) IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES R E S O L U T I O N Be it remembered, that at a term of the Deschutes County Court, begun and held at the County Court House in Bend, In said County on Wednesday, April 2, 1969 and continued from day to day thereafter to and Including the date of this Resolution the same being a term of said County Court sitting for the transaction of county business, and at which time said Court may, by Resolution, propose any county road, the following, among other proceedings was had, to -wit: WHEREAS, It Is hereby considered that a public necessity exists for the establishment of the road hereinafter described, said Court does hereby declare its intention to establish a county road in Deschutes County, Oregon by resolution, described as follows, to -wit: A roadway 60 feet In width the center Iine of which Is described as follows: BegimnIng at a point which is S.0 °- 44'20 "W. -9300 feet from a point on the South line of Cascade Street and on the center of Elm Street in Sisters, Oregon which point Is 30 feet South and 10I0 feet East of the corner of Section 4 -5 -8 -9 of Tp.I5 S. R.IOE.W.M. and running thence; S.0 ° -44'W. - 3.1 feet; thence on an 8° curve to the right for 171.48 feet, ther radius being 716.2 feet and the central angle 13 ° -43'; thence S.[4 ° -27'W - 570.75 feet; thence S.12 ° -4I'W. - 554.25 feet; thence on a 6° curve to the Ieft for 373.05 feet; the radius being 954.93 feet and the central angle 22 ° -33'; thence S.9 ° -42'E. - 585.25 feet; thence on a 5° curve to the Left for 115.66 feet the radius being 1I45.92 feet, and the central angle 5 ° -47' Ieft; thence S.I5 ° -29'E. - 916.25 feet; thence S.12 ° -44'E. - I508.I5 feet; thence S.I6 ° -15/E. - 182.3 feet; thence on a 16° curve to the right for 190.3 feet, the radius being 358.1 feet and the central angle 30 ° -27' right; thence S.14 ° -12'W. - 361.4 feet; thence on a 6° curve to the left for [89.4 feet, the radius being 954.93 feet and the central angle I5 ° -09' left; thence S.29 ° -37'E. - 41.0 feet; thence on a 14° curve to the right for 384.3 feet, the radiuse being 409.26 feet and the central angle 53 ° -48' right; thence S.24 ° -I1'W. - 443.77 feet; thence on a 4° curve to the right for 155.0 feet; the radiuse being 1432.39 feet and the central angle 6 ° -12' right; thence S.30 ° -23'W - 918.28 feet; thence S.27°-49'W. - 991.0 feet; 4r,i. 12 PACE 515 thence on a 10° curve to the right for 287.67 feet, the radius being 572.96 feet and the central angle 28 ° -46' right; thence S.56 ° -35'W - 124.6 feet; thence on a 10° curve to the left for 271.75 feet, the radius being 572.96 feet and the central angle 27 °- I0' -30" left; thence S.29 ° -25'W. - 3615.10 feet from which the 1/4 Section corner between Sections 29 and 32 of Tp.ISS. R.I0 E.W.M. bears - S.56 ° -23'E - 182.95 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Roadmaster or his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk,at the place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to the consideration of this Resolution by the County Court, notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed upon by this Court at a meeting on the 7th of May, 1969 at which time the Court will consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road.
