of DESCHUTES RIVER RECREATION HOMESITES, INC., an Oregon corporation,
through its President, Dan H. Heierman, praying for the vacation of a
portion of Plat of DESCHUTES RIVER RECREATION HOMESITES, INC.
And the Court being advised and having made investigation, and it
appearing that Deschutes River Recreation Homesites, Inc., is the sole
owner, of all the property described to -wit:
A portion of Silver Fox Drive, beginning at a point on the
Westerly Boundary line of Silver Fox Drive, said point also
being the common lot corner between lots 26 and 27, Block 70;
