IN THE MATTER OF
TRANSFER OF FUNDS:
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer
to transfer $2,771.01 from the Deschutes County Fair Fund to the
General Fund.
IN THE MATTER OF
REPRESENTATIVE TO CENTRAL OREGON
REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS:
The Court at this time appointed an additional member,
Dorothy A. Smead, to the Central Oregon Regional Council of
Governments as called for in the amended by=laws.
IN THE MATTER OF
PERSONNEL ACTION:
The Court at this time ordered the salary for Mona Pruitt,
half-time secretary for Deschutes County Juvenile Department, be
increased to $200.00 per month, effective January I, 1970.
IN THE MATTER OF
CERTIFICATION OF WORK:
The Court at this time certified that all work performed
on City of Bend, Columbia Park, Phase II, has been of the highest
standards and that all required Federal, State and local statutes
applicable to the development and construction of the subject
project have been met.
IN THE MATTER OF
PERSONNEL ACTION:
The Court at this time ordered the Clerk to increase the
salary of Geraldine Schutte to $375.00 per month, effective
Cecember 15, 1969.
IN THE MATTER OF
BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE:
At this time the Court adopted an addition to the pro-
posed 'Business License Ordinance as recommended by the Planning
Director, Lorin Morgan, a copy of which is on file with the County
Court.
IN THE MATTER OF
LEASE OF COUNTY -OWNED LANDS:
The Court at this time leased to Omar L. Moffitt, Millican,
the following described County -owned lands, to -wit:
Twp. 20 S, Range 16 E.W.M.
Sec. 12: S=2NW4NW4, NW4NW4NW4
36: Ni, SE4
Twp. 20 S, Range 17 E.W.M.
Sec. 29: W2
a total of 830 acres, more or less, from January I, 1970 to Dec-
ember 31, 1970 for 10¢ an acre or $83.00.

The Court at this time cancelled the lease #30 of Omar
Moffitt, as he requested, for the following lands:

Section 2, Section 10, Section II, Section 14; a
total of 1990 acres, more or less.
IN THE MATTER OF
LIBRARY COMMITTEE:
The Court at this time re -appointed Gerald Benson to the
Library Committee Board for a four-year term, expiring January I,
1974
IN THE MATTER OF
LETTER OF REQUEST:
The Court at this time sent a letter to Charles L. Plummer,
Deschutes County Roadmaster, requesting that he get fine cinders
from the Cyrus Pit for a 2" lift on Wilt Road.
IN THE MATTER OF
RESOLUTION:
The Court at this time ordered that the Roadmaster draw
up Resolution for the roads in Glacier View Sub -division.
IN THE MATTER OF
INSTALLING PIPELINE TRANSVERSE:
At this time the Court granted a permit to Keith Cyrus to
install a 14" irrigation line transverse on or across Deschutes
County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
INSTALLING A PIPELINE:
The Court at this time granted a permit to City of Redmond
to install a pipeline parallel on or across Deschutes County right-
of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
TAX REFUNDS:
The Court at this time ordered F. C. Sholes, Tax Collector

The Court at this time approved the appointment of Mrs.
Helen Durant, R.N. to the position of part-time registered nurse
to assist Mrs. Iseli at the rate of $4.50 per hour, effective
December 8, 1969.
IN THE MATTER OF
LEAVE WITHOUT PAY:
At this time the Court ordered
deduct four days' pay from the December
for unearned days taken in November.

MOVING A BUILDING:

The Court at this time granted a permit to Swanson House -
movers by Chas. E. Spencer to move a building on or across a County
right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT:
The Court at this time approved an agreement between
Deschutes County and Coral Corporation for the installation of a
guard rail on Skyline Road (Tumalo Falls Road)
IN THE MATTER OF
INSTALLING A PIPELINE TRANSVERSE:
The Court at this time granted a permit to Jay Myers to
install a pipeline transverse on or across Deschutes County
right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
CIMMARON DRIVE:
At this time the Court made resolution of its intention to
establish the road hereinafter described as follows, to -wit:
A strip of land in the southwest one-quarter of Section 16,
Township 17 South, Range 13 East, Willamette Meridian,
Deschutes County, Oregon, said strip of land being known as
Cimmaron Drive as dedicated to the public by the plat of Cim-
arron City, a sub -division to Deschutes County, Oregon,
and more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 60 feet wide lying 30 feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
Beginning at engineer's centerline station 0±00 which point
is on the centerline of McGrath County Road and bears
North 890 50' 30" East 1316.47 feet from the southwest
corner of said Section 16; thence fol Pwing along the
centerline of Cimarron Drive North 00 02' 45" East 690.90
feet to engineer's centerline station 6+ 90.90 and there
terminating.
And it further ordered that the County Roadmaster or his duly qualified
deputy shall give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies
thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk, at the
place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the
vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to the considera-
iton of the Resolution by the County Court, notifying all persons
concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed up by
this Court at a meeting on the 7th day of January, 1970, at which
time the Court will consider any objections or remonstrances which
may be filed on account of said proeosed road.

89 48' 50" East 987.34 feet to the radius point of a 50
foot radius cul-de-sac and there terminating.
And it further ordered that the C ounty Roadmaster or his duly quali-

copies thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk,
at the place of holding County Court and also at three public places
in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to the
consideration of the Resolution by the County Court, notifying all

upon by this Court at a meeting on the 7th day of January, 1970, at
which time the Court will consider any objections or remonstrances
