Based upon the petition of Sunriver Properties, Inc., an
Oregon Corporation, through its President, Donald V. McCallum and Ruth A.
Zehntbauer, for the vacation of the property described below, and it
appearing to the Court that all of the described property is owned by
Sunriver Properties, Inc. and Ruth A. Zehntbauerl that there being no
protest received from any person, firm or corporation, and there being
no objection to said petition, and it further appearing to the Court
that said vacation is for the purpose of establishing certain boun-
daries of lots and blocks in a manner which makes possible economic
installation of certain utilities designed to serve the same, and for
the convenience of the owners and for the re-establishment of same in
a different manner and Location, and that more than 30 days have
elapsed since the filing of said petition, and that the petitioners
have posted a notice as required by law in three public and conspicuous
places,
XT XS HEREBY ORDERED That the following described property
and the plat thereof be vacated:
All of that portion of Meadow Village lying in
Deschutes County, Oregon, according to the Plat
thereof recorded dune 20, 1968 in book 8 of the
records of plats of Deschutes County, Oregon at
page 53 et. seg.
Described as: Lots 8, 9 and LO of Block 22 of
said Meadow Village.
