Rogers Road ).
This matter Coming before the County Court upon the petition of
William Leer, Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of a
portion of a road known as the "Edwin Rogers Road ".
And it further appearing that it is necessary. to consider this
vacation for reasons of maintenance and access; and the County Court feels
this change should be made to serve the interests of all land owners in
this area.
IT IS, THEREFORE, HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of .:
the County Court to vacate the following described land, to wit:
Description of a portion of the Edroin Rogers Road to be
vacated across the land of William Leer, Jr.
The center line description is as follows: Beginning at a
point South 414.6 feet from the Northeast corner of North -,
west Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) .Section
Nine (9) Township Seventeen (17) South Range Twelve (12) East
Willamette Meridian and running North 59° 52' West 428.0 feet;
thence North 71° 57' West 635.5 feet to a point on the North
line of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW VW
Section Nine (9) Township Seventeen (17) South Range - _Twelve
(12) East.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that copies of this Resolution,, duly
certified by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three (3) places along,
the road to be vacated, and that a copy of this Resolution by placed on
the Bulletin Board in the Entree of the Deschutes County Courthouse ;.

at the County Courtrogi. County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon be and the same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing of objections, if any
there be, why said portion of the road should not be vacated as a portion
of the Deschutes County Road ,Sgatem.
