The Court at this time ordered that a portion of Central Avenue, from
the east side of Fourth Street, thence east 1001 in Hillman, as recorded in
the plat filed in the Deschutes County Clerk's Office, shall be and the same
Is hereby vacated, as there were no objections at such hearing held this day.
IN THE MATTER OF
PERSONNEL IN JAIL:
At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the
name of Marilyn Elaine Fox as Cook in the Jail Department, at a salary of
$2646.00 per year, effective June 17, 1969.
fN THE MATTER OF
BID OPENING:
At this time the Court opened the bids for curbs on Ehret Road. The
bid was awarded to Bob Wilson Curb Service with the bid of $1.77 per foot
for concrete curbs.
IN THE MATTER OF
STAFF AT J -J BOYS' RANCH:
At this time the Court approved and ordered the Deschutes County Clerk
to place the name of Steven Allen Vincent on the staff of the J Bar J Boys'
Ranch in the capacity of Night Supervisor at the salary of $2.00.00 per month

IN THE MATTER OF
BEER LICENSE:
The Court at this time approved a renewal PA application for
beer license for Louis C. and Juanita M. Tatum, Three Creeks Lake, Box 231,
Sisters, Oregon.
IN THE MATTER OF
INSTALLATION OF A
12" Pipeline•
The Court at this time granted a permit to Uel Jackson for City of
Redmond to install a 12" pipline on or across Deschutes County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
CONTRACT WITH AUDITOR:
The Court at this time entered into an agreement between Deschutes
County, Oregon and Reed H. Nelson to conduct an audit of the accounts and
fiscal affairs of Deschutes County for the period beginning July I, 1968 to
June 30, 1969, and annually thereafter, in accordance with the prescribed
Minimum Standards of Audit Reports, Certificates and Procedures.
IN THE MATTER OF
ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE:
The Court at this time approved a collateral assignment of Earl C.
Wilder holder of Deschutes County lease No. 14, transferring to Connecticut
Mutual Life Insurance Company the aforesaid lease covering the following

to transfer $15,945.63 from the Marine Facility Improvement Fund to the

TRANSFER OF FUNDS:
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer to
transfer $34,078.86 from the Land Sales Fund to the General Fund of Deschutes
County.
IN THE MATTER OF
TRANSFER OF FUNDS:
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer to
transfer $8,301.72 from the Sunset Home Fund to the General Fund of Deschutes
County.
IN THE MATTER OF
MARINE PATROL DEPUTY:
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place
the name of Lyle Alvin Lowe on the payroll as half time Marine Patrol and
half,Tax Collection Deputy, effective July I, 1969 at a salary of $6600
per year.
