IN THE BATTER OF ACCESS: At this time the'Coart granted a permit to R. C. Johnson to construct road access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way on Pringle Falls Road. At this time the Court granted a permit to Prineville Water Company, Inc., to construct driveway and road access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. - IN THE MATTER OF MVINa OF HIIILD s At this time the Court granted a permit to Ken J. Holman to moving Daae unit of building on or across Deschutes County right of,way. At this time the Court granted a permit to Carl Spencer to save a building on or across Deschutes County right of way. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF WATER PIPE LINE: The Court at this time granted a permit to Kenneth J. Neel to install 1�0 water line on or across Deschutes County right of way. -3- VOL 12 ?Am 5 M THE MATTER OF COOPERATIVE 1Q: At this time the Court entered into an agreement with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Deschutes County Juvenile Department to establish a practical and effective working relationship between the agencies in order to provide a program for the establishment and operation of youth care and rehabilitation center for delinquent adoles- cents in Deschutes County. Iff THE !NATTER OF COUNTZ ROADS NAME A public Hearing was held in the Redmond City Council Room, Redmond, Oregon at 10 o'clock a.m. an May 81 1968 for proposed name changes for county roads as published in the Redmond Spokesman. Carl Degner appeared at the Hearing with some suggested objections to a name change; after discussion following Comri.ssioner HcCanu moved the read change be accepted as proposed, with Comi.ssioner read seconded.
