master, Charles L. Plummer, Jr., to order a survey by the Engineering Department of the
Road Department on both the Studio Road and the 0. B. Riley Road; these roads are to take
priority over the Northwest Market Road.

At this time the Court granted a permit to Prineville Water Company, Inc., to

COOPERATIVE 1Q:
At this time the Court entered into an agreement with the Department of Vocational
Rehabilitation and the Deschutes County Juvenile Department to establish a practical and
effective working relationship between the agencies in order to provide a program for the
establishment and operation of youth care and rehabilitation center for delinquent adoles-
cents in Deschutes County.

COUNTZ ROADS NAME
A public Hearing was held in the Redmond City Council Room, Redmond, Oregon at
10 o'clock a.m. an May 81 1968 for proposed name changes for county roads as published in
the Redmond Spokesman. Carl Degner appeared at the Hearing with some suggested objections
to a name change; after discussion following Comri.ssioner HcCanu moved the read change be
accepted as proposed, with Comi.ssioner read seconded. It was so ordered as the motion was
carried unanimously.
There being so further business, Court adjourned.
