to construct road access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A
detailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse
side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications
and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS
The ittee shall be required to observe the following rules and regulations per-
taining!of buildings. The permittee shall be required to move the
buildings on pn tic dollies evenly spaced so as to insure an even weight dis-
tribution, and prope shored so as to prevent collapse while in the process of
moving. The permittee sha a responsible for all traffic warnings to the
traveling public, as may be necettey to insure safe travel while in the process of
moving the building. The permie dh92.1 be required to have at least two (2)
pilot cars equipped with signs depicting !' Loads', and all the necessary signs
and flagmen at all intersections so as to insure even flow of the traffic and
prevent congestion. The permittee will he held direc responsible for any and
all damage to the existing pavement and shoulder areas, an ll be required to
repair said damage or pay damages to Deschutes County for the ne sary repairs.
If during the course of moving, it is necessary to move bridge xailin the
permittee shall be required to replace the railings to their ox"Ag3_nal sta The
sawing off of posts and railings will not be permitted.
Private Access to County Road: Pringle Falls - See reverse side
The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most
practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the description.
If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be deter-
mined, and also included on the description, The permittee will be responsible
for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the
access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress and
future maintenance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this
installation at his own expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility
for damage to said installation as a result of maintenance or construction.
Failure of permittee to comply with performance of work will result in a charge for
