12-8-Order Recorded 5/6/1968cL 12 wf 8 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter ) of ) ORDER Private Access ) A permit is granted by Deschutes County to PRINEVILLE WATER CO. INC. to construct driveway &Road accesaDn or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A detailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS Moving, of Buildings: The pe ttee shall be required to observe the following rules and regulations per- taining to a moving of buildings. The permittee shall be required to move the buildings on p atic dollies evenly spaced so as to insure an even weight dis- tribution, and pro ly shored so as to prevent collapse while in the process of moving. The permittee all be responsible for all traffic warnings to the traveling public, as may b ecessary to insure safe travel while in the process of moving the building. The perm tee shall be re4uired to have at least two (2) pilot cars equipped with signs dep ting "Wide Load", and all the necessary signs and flagmen at all intersections so a o insure an even flow of the traffic and prevent congestion. The permittee will b eld directly responsible for any and all damage to the existing pavement and shou areas, and will be required to repair said damage or pay damages to Deschutes C ty for the necessary repairs. If during the course of moving, it is necessary to m bridge railings, the permittee shall be required to replace the railings to r original state. The sawing off of posts and railings will not be permitted. Private Access to County Roads The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the description. If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be deter- mined, and also included on the description. The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress and future maintenance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation at his awn expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility for damage to said installation as a result of maintenance or construction. Failure of permittee to comply with performance of work will result in a charge for work performed by Deschutes County. Dated this 7 day of May 1968 . Recommended Approval: Charles L.
