Together with the personal property described in Exhibit A and 35 acres of irrigation water rights. The purchase price of the property shall be the sum of Twenty -sight Thousand, Five Husdred,Dollars for the above described real party, and One Thensasd, Fire Nwidred Dollars for the personal property described on Exhibit A. IN THE MUTER OF ACCEPTED BIDS FOR J -J BOYS' RICH: At this time the Court accepted a bid of $600.00 from MacMillan Plumbing for a complete installation of bathroom at J -J Boys' Ranch. (36.02 acres, more or less) This is a Correction Deed to: Volume 158, Page 251. IN THE MATTER OF ROAD DEPARTMENT BEQUEST: The Court at this time granted permission to the request made by Charles L. Plummer, County Roadmaster, that the Road Department ssployees be granted to use a day of vacation the Friday after Manorial Day so they may have a four day weekend. The Road Department office will remain open and staffed. IF THE MATTER OF REAL ESTATE CONTRACT: At this time the Court entered into an Agreement and contract for the sale of Real Estate executed this May 21, 1968, between Deschutes County, Oregon, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Oregon, and Jack Robinson & Sens, an Oregon Corporation for the following described real promises situate in Deschutes County, Oregon, to -crit: The * of the N* of SIk of NES and the NES, of the S* of the NEh of Section 21, T. 15 S., Range 13 E.W.M., except the easterly 30 foot of said parcel reserved to the public for road purposes.
