12-24-Order Recorded 6/5/1968VOL 12 ?ACE 24 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Platter ) of ) ORDER ACCESS ) A permit is granted by Deschutes County to Sydney Gross to Install thirteen(43) accesses on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A detailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS 14Qv_ing of Buildings: The pe. ttee shall be required to observe the foling rules and regulations per- taining to moving of buildings. The perms shall be required to moire the buildings on pne tic dollies evenly spac so as to insure an even weight dis- tribution, and prope shored so as t revent collapse while in the process of moving. The permittee s be re sible for all traffic warninge to the traveling public, as may be n saty to insure safe travel while in the process of moving the building. The tie hall be required to have at least two (2) pilot cars equipped wi gins depicti "Wide Load", and all the necessary signs and flagmen at all ersedtions so as to an even flaw of the traffic and prevent congest The permittee will be hel ctly responsible for any and all damage t e existing pavement and shoulder and will be required to repair sa' damage or pay damages to Deschutes County he necessary repairs. If du r g the course of moving, it is necessary to move bri ailings, the per tee shall be required to replace the railings to their oz.s l state. The ing off of posts and railings will not be permitted. Private Access to County Road: See reverse side for details The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the description. If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be deter- mined, and also included on the description. The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress and future maintenance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation at his own expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility for damage to said installation as a result of maintenance or construction.
