IN THE MATTER OF AGENT OF RECORD: At this time the Court appointed Walt Webb as Agent of Record for the purpose of handling its group accident, health, and life coverage. This is to remain in force until revoked in writing to our agent, by the Court. IN THE MATTER OF BID OPENINGi The Court on June 26, 1968, at 10:00 a.m. opened bids for excavation, etc. of #1 Fairway Drive and Parr Lane in Wildweed Subdivision. ..Tho -,,bid was awarded to Jack Robinson A Sens, the only bidder, upon a sealed bid of $11,681.50 total. IN THE MATTER OF PURCHASE OF TWO-WAY RADIO: The Court, an dune 26, 1968, ordered William C. James, Civil Defense Director and Comsmnications officer for Deschutes County, to be authorised to purchase, one only, Johnson Messenger #323, C. B. 2 -Way Radio, 23 Channel, at a cost of $229.953 and that he provide an antenna and installation in the Deschutes County Sheriff's Patrol Beat. IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTMENT TO PUBLIC WSLFART COMSSION a At this time tete Courtpitted Mrs. Ramona Harms to fill the unexpired term of Steve Jackson (to June 30, 1969) on the Deschutes county Public Welfare Comission, and reappointed Carl Degner to a four year term, expiring Jane 30, 1972, an the Deschutes County Public Welfare Comoission. IN THE MATTER OF APPROACH: The Court at this time granted a permit to Prineville Water Co., Inc. to an Approach on or across Deschutes Coanty right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF FUNDS: At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer transfer $46,353.41 from Land Sales Fund to the General Farad, and, At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes 'County Treasurer transfer $24,488.74 from the Marine Facility Improvement Fund to the General Road Fund.
