IN THE MATTER OF APPRAISER: At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place R. E. Hornbeck on the payroll of the County Assessor at $550.00 per month; effective duly 15, 1968. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF FUNDS: At this times the Court ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer to transfer $6500.00 from the Motor Vehicle Fund to the General Fvid for County.Advertising as per budget. Back Lloyd Luelling IN THE MATTER OF ANNETTE DODDS CROSS COUNTY PARK: VOL 12 PAU J75 Term to expire: July, 1970 Tena to expire: July, 1969 The Court at this time ordered a certain parcel of laud described as follows: SUVOi, Sec. 22, Township 19 S., Range 11 E.W.M. containing approximately forty (40) acres, more or less, be and is hereby designated as a county park, and the land is hereby set apart for such use under the provisions of ORS 275.320. It is further ordered that this park be maintained as a natural area for the preservation of the natural beauty of this vicinity. IN THE MATTER OF CURATORS OF THE ANNE TTE DODDS CROSS PARKS At this time the Court designated Mrs. Helen D. Cross, Miss Cordelia Cross, Mr. Frank D. IN THE MATTER OF SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF MARGARET ISELI: The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to increase the salary, of Margaret Iseli, R.N. in the Tri -County Health Department from $420.00 to $455.00 per month, effective August 1, 1968. IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL PROCEDURES: The Court at this time adopted the study made by Eric L. Carlson and Associates on procedure for adopting Step Increases; and, the Court at this time, by unanimous consent, revised the Personnel Regulations of the County in the matter of Probationary Work Period from six months to ninety days. IN THE MATTER OF THE INITIATION OF A COMPRUMSIYE COUNTY PLAN FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS: The Court at this time made Resolution for the initiation of a Comprehensive County Plan for Water and Sever Systems; such plan to encompass the entire area located within the geographical boundaries of Deschutes County.
