on the Road Department payrollat the beginning salary of $295.00 per month in classification
of Secretary I; effective July 15, 1968, and,

Sally Komar to $326.00 per month effective July 1, 1968.

SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF
MARGARET ISELI:
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to increase the salary,
of Margaret Iseli, R.N. in the Tri -County Health Department from $420.00 to $455.00 per
month, effective August 1, 1968.
IN THE MATTER OF
PERSONNEL PROCEDURES:
The Court at this time adopted the study made by Eric L. Carlson and Associates
on procedure for adopting Step Increases; and, the Court at this time, by unanimous consent,
revised the Personnel Regulations of the County in the matter of Probationary Work Period
from six months to ninety days.
IN THE MATTER OF
THE INITIATION OF A
COMPRUMSIYE COUNTY
PLAN FOR WATER AND
SEWER SYSTEMS:
The Court at this time made Resolution for the initiation of a Comprehensive County
Plan for Water and Sever Systems; such plan to encompass the entire area located within the
geographical boundaries of Deschutes County. This plan is to be financed and carried on
through grants which Descinates County may receive from the Department of Housing and Urban
Development, and the Farmers Hones Administration.

JAILER:
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name
of Gerald Leroy Gibson, Jailer for Deschutes County Jail, on a fall time basis at $400.00

INSTALLATION OF PIPE:
The Court at this time granted a permit to W. Cleveland to install pipe on
