The Court at this time held a Hearing to consider any objections or remons-
trances to the vacation of Aaron Menden Road. It was so ordered for vacation of this
said road beings no one appeared nor were there any objections.
IN THE MATTER OF
FAMILY COUNSELING
CLINIC SECRETARY:
At this time the Court ordered the County Clerk to place the name of
Catherine Holmes, Secretary in the Family Counseling Clinic, on a fall time basis at
the salary of $310,00, beginning October 2, 1967.
IN THE MATTER OF
CRUSHED ROCK & CINDERS:
The Court at this time accepted the price of Redmond Rock Products and the
road department will -verify the measurements of the following, @ 1.75 for rock; @ 1.55
for cinders:
Approximately 1,300 yards 4410 crashed cinder
750 yards 3/4-x" crushed cinders
1,550 yards 3r2n--hn crushed cinders
950 yards 3/4" orf crushed rock stockpiled at the
Tetherow Bridge gravel quarry
Mr. Harold E. Bailey attended the Court Session to explain these prices.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT WITH C.O.I.:
At this time the Court entered into an Agreement with Central Oregon Irrigation
District for an easement for a bridge in Sec. 15, Twp. 17 S., R. 12 E.W.M. across the

IN THE MATTER OF
CONTRACT FOR COUNTY
OWNED LAND:
At this time, the Court signed the following contract with Cecil R. Henry:
Lot 7, Block 32, Northwest Townsite Second Addition, Bend. Purchase price $316.80,
payable $63.36 in Cash, balance in one payment of $253.44 on November 6, 1967.
IN THE MATTER OF
APPLICATION FOR
APPROVAL:
The Court at this time granted a request for approval for location of Telephone
Conduit and Buried Cable paralleling or -.crossing the East-Paulina Lake Highway at
approximately six miles north of LaPine.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT:
On October 16th the Court entered into an agreement between H.G.K., INC. and
Deschutes County, whereby the said subdivision known as Ranchway Acres is desirous of
having the roads paved. The County is willing to pave this road as soon as weather and
work schedule permit and H.G.K., INC. will pay to Deschutes County the date the work is
started, the sum of $2,000.00, the cost of paving; further the County agrees to establish
said road as a county road and maintaining it as such.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
