Agnew, husband and wife, for the following: Lots 1 & 2, Block 3, First Addition Deschutes River Acres, for the sum of $1009.140. IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL, DESCHUTES COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT: At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of Charles Grant on the Road Department payroll as worker on refuse disposal, on a temporary basis, at $2.25 per hour, effective September 4, 1968. -3- vas, oEA!25 IN THE MATTER OF EXCHANGE OF PROPERTIES: At this time the Court made Resolution of its intention to exchange property with A. W. Beardsley and Mildred Beardsley, pursuant to ORS 275.100, the proposed exchange described as follows: DESCHUTES COUNTY to A. W. Beardsley & Mildred Beardsley: That portion of the NAAW4 Sec. 12, Twp. 15 S., R. 12 E.W.M. lying south of Deschutes River And in exchange A. W. Beardsley & Mildred Beardsley would deed to Deschutes County, Oregon: That portion of the SWVW4 Sec. 12, Twp. 15 S., R. 12 E.W.M. lying south of Deschutes River and north of the Franks Road It is ordered that the County Clerk give notice of a hearing to be held in the Deschutes County Courtroom at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time, on the 4th day of October, 1968 at Bend, Oregon, as the time and place for hearing of objections, if there be any, why said parcels should not be exchanged. IN THE MATTER OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION: The Court at this time appointed D. A. Smead, Commissioner, as the Court's member on the Board of Equalization and the Budget Committee chose Harry J. Waldron to be the Budget Advisory Board's member on the Deschutes County Equalization Board, all in accordance with ORS 309.020. IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL, DESCHUTES COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT: At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of John Conway on the Road Department payroll as Caretaker of the Arnold Refuse Site, at $125.00 per month, Effective September 9, 1968. IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL DESCHUTES COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT: At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of Miss Anita Niewoehner on the Health Department payroll as PSW II at $465.00 per month, effective October 1, 1968. IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL DESCHUTES COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT: At this time the Court ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of Mr. Maurice Vickers on the Health Department payroll as Sanitarian I, at the rate of $600.00 per month, effective September 9, 1968.
