12-250-Order Recorded 9/18/1968VOL 12 PAcf 250 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter of ) ORDER Building an access ) A permit is granted by Deschutes County to John Bergman to build an access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way, A detailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court, GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS The permittee shall be required to observe the taining to the moving of buildings. The permittee shall be required to e buildings on pneumatic dollies evenly spaced so as to insure of ev ght dis- tribution, and properly shored so as to prevent collapse whil the process of moving. The permittee shall be responsible for all tri' ' warnings to the traveling public, as may be necessary to insure s ravel while in the process of moving the building. The permittee shall be red to have at least two (2) pilot cars equipped with signs depicti de toad", and all the necessary signs and flagmen at all intersections s to insure an even flow of the traffic and prevent congestion. The pe a will be held directly responsible for any and all damage to the exi pavement and shoulder areas, and will be required to repair said dama pay damages to Deschutes County for the necessary repairs. If during ourse of moving, it is necessary to move bridge railings, the perms shall be required to replace the railings to their o-rlglual state. The Private Access to Counter Road: Details on reverse side. The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the description. If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be deter- mined, and also included on the description. The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress and future maintenance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation at his town expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility for damage to said installation as a result of maintenance or construction.
