Matching Fund 6300.00 IN THE MATTER OF LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE: The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of Mrs. Louise Devenport on a full time basis as Licensed Practical Nurse for the Home Health Agency, beginning January 1, 1968 at the rate of $326.00 per month. IN THE MATTER OF WEED CONTROL COMMITTEE: At this time the Court appointed B. A. "Dutch" Stover to serve on the Weed Control Committee. _ 2_ F VOL ?acf 46 IN THE MATTER OF SNOW REMOVAL AGREEMENT: The Court at this time made an Agreement between Deschutes County and Perry Wolf for the purpose of renting equipment from Mr. Wolf for snow removal in the Spring River area. His responsibility will be to keep the access to Camp Abbott open to travel and plow the County roads in the Deschutes River recreational homesites, and such addi- tional work as authorized. IN THE MATTER OF LAND & WATER FUNDS: The Court at this time offered a surplus of $5,000.00 under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act, to Clackamas County who has available funds to match these grant funds as Deschutes County will be using only $5,525.00 in the allocation of $11,001.73 granted. IN THE MATTER OF CHANGE OF NAME OF COUNTY ROAD: At this time the Court denied the petition of W. Curtis Kaesche requesting the change of name of Richardson Road, inasmuch as the renaming and renumbering grid of the county is in progress, beginning in Redmond; and the Court at this time is not considering any changes of name in the urban and suburban county roads. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO INSTALL WATER LINE ON FORKED HORN ROAD: At this time the Court notified Northwest Ranch Brokers that due to numerous complaints relative to warning signs on their excavation hazard that exists along Forked Horn Road, that proper signs must be placed at the location of the hazard or the County will place the signs and bill them for services and cancel the permit. IN THE MATTER OF IMPROVEMENT OF FAIRWAY DRIVE AND PARR LANE IN WILDWOOD SUBDIVISION IN DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON: The Court on December 28, 1967 approved and ordered that the County Roadmaster, Charles L. Plummer, Jr., proceed with the necessary engineering study, prepare plans and specifications, advertise and call for bids for the imrpovement of Fairway Drive and Parr Lane in Wildwood Subdivision for Bancrofting project as set forth in ORS 371.605 through 371.660 and 223.205 through 223.770, beings there were no remonstrances from the affected property owners of record in this subdivision.
