A permit is granted by Deschutes County to Cascade Natural Gas Corp.
to install 2" gas line on or across Deschutes County
right-of-way. A detailed description and map of this operation must be provided
on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following gen-
eral specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the
Deschutes County Court.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS
