described and the County Court deems it for the best interest of said County to sell this

IN THE MATTER OF
LEASE PAYMENTS:
The Court at this time referred to the District Attorney for recommendations
regarding two delinquent lease payments, namely: Curtis M. Rocca Lease and Jack
Shumway Lease, asking for some definite action immediately. Also the Court referred
the matter of collection for use of county properties on which potatoes were rasied
from DeWayne Riemenschneider.
IN THE MATTER OF
COPIER MACHINE:
The Court at this time unanimously agreed to accept the proposal of installation
of a Xerox 2400 Copier Duplicator, as soon as possible; and at the same time unanimously
agreed to terminate the lease contract with Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation as soon
as possible.
IN THE MATTER OF
PLANNING ASSISTANCE:
At this time the Court made Resolution to request the Oregon State Board of
Higher Education to provide planning assistance to be administered by the Bureau of
Governmental Research and Service, University of Oregon, with such financial assistance
as may be provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development under authority of
Section 701 of the Housing Act of 1954, as amended, and the Court hereby authorizes
payment to the Oregon State Board of Higher Education of a sum not to exceed $3,100.00.
IN THE MATTER OF
MOVING A BUILDING:
The Court at this time granted a permit to Carl Spencer to move a building on
or across Deschutes County right of way.

APPLICATION FOR
LIQUOR LICENSES:
the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name of
the J -J Boys' Ranch Youth Care Center, on a
1968, at the rate of $2.00 per hour.
At this time the Court recommended approval for a Class "A Dispensers License
to be granted to Claude R. Powell and Arrene F. Powell for Chaparral, S. Hiway 97, Bend;
and the Court recommended approval for a Seasonal dispenser's license to McMillan Inns, Inc.
(Peter M. Gunnar or Ann M. Welch) for the Red Toe, 7 miles S.W. of Bend, on Cascade Lakes
Highway, and the Court recommended approval oTa new license for Restaurant Class "B"
to Sunriver Properties, Inc. Sunriver Center, P.O. Box 1221, Bend.
