Steinlicht Budding Expansion IN THE MATTER OF NOTICE OF HEARING.: 292.32 125.00 66.00 116.00 7.50 128.50 73.00 75.23 28,05 190.85 1369.32 98.23 74.64 131.92 11,17 13.92 73.50 63.30 105.20 87.17 128.20 5, 013..50 At this time the Court gave notice of a Hearing to be held at the County 'Courthouse, Deschutes County, Oregon, in the County Courtroom at 10:00 a.m., March 4, 1968, for the consideration of repeal of certain ordinances as follows: Deschutes County Building Code Ordinance #R-1; Deschutes County Subdivision Ordinance #2; Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance; and all amendments, revisions and modifications relating to these Ordinances. IN THE MATTER OF RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING: At this time the Court made Resolution to adopt certain Rules of Procedure for Public Hearings, and to be used by all Commissions of the 'County and by the Court at all Public Hearings. IN THE MATTER OF APPROVAL FOR TYPEWRITER FOR FAMILY COUNSELING CLINIC: The Court at this time approved an electric typewriter for the Family Counseling Clinic from Surplus Property, at a price of $35.00. IN THE MATTER OF AGREEMENT: : The Court at this time signed an Agreement with Mel Schluckebier and Lee Nydigger of Sisters, Oregon to remove a service station building on the corner of Greenwood and Bond in the City of Bend, Oregon, within sixty (60) days and shall leave this property clean of the building and all debris. IPZ -1 a VOL 11 ?AGE 547 IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF WATER PIPELINE: The Court at this time granted a permit to Kenneth J. Neel to install a 2" water line on or across Deschutes County right of way. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF AN ACCESS: At this time the Court granted a permit to U.S. Forest Service Bend Ranger to install a 40t access on or across Deschutes County right of way. IN THE MATTER OF POWER CABLE CROSSING: The Court at this time granted a permit to Central Electric Coop to install an underground cable on or across Deschutes County right of way. IN THE MATTER OF AGREENMT WITH STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT: At this time the Court entered into an Agreement with State of Oregon, State '* Highway Department, in participation in the cost of the sand shed construction on Cascade Lakes Highway in the vicinity of M.P. 16.5, Engineerts Station 287+70. The State shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sand shed at the States expense and in the event the State ceases to remove snow from the above section of the Cascade Lakes Highway, the sand shed shall become the property of Deschutes County. IN THE MATTER OF NEFF ROAD --A COUNTY ROAD SITUATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF BEND: At this time the Court made Resolution and Notice of Hearing to surrender juris- diction over said Neff Road, situated within the City limits of Bend and set the *2nd day of March, 1968 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the County Courtroom as the time and place to hear any objections or remonstrances as to why the above mentioned action should not be taken. IN THE MATTER OF BEAR CREEK ROAD -- A COUNTY ROAD SITUATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF BEND: The Court at this time made Resolution to surrender jprisdiction over Bear Creek Road, situated wholly within the corporate limits of the City of Bend, and set the 22nd day of March, 1968 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the County Courtroom as the time and place to hear any objections or remonstrances as to why the above mentioned action should not be taken. IN THE MATTER OF JOHNSON PARK: At this time the Court jav4 a real estate option on a parcel of land lying in the NE6 4 of Section 6, Twp. 19 S., R. 12 E.W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon; the said parcel being that portion of said NA0* lying Southeasterly of Johnson County Road and Westerly of the Deschutes River. The parcel of land to which this description applies contains 8.0 acres, more or less. IN THE MATTER OF EXCHANGE OF COUNTY PROPERTY WITH JAMES 0. ARNTZ & DORIS E. ARNTZ: The Court at this time amended the Resolution dated February 7, 1968; and consequent- ly, the Hearing that was to be held March 20, 1968, due to incorrect land descriptions, and set a Notice of..Biaring on the 22nd day of March, 1968, for any objections thereto. -3- tin VOL 11 xx 548 IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO CITY OF BEND: At this time the Court made Resolution to transfer certain properties in the City of Bend and to draw up a Deed to convey the following real property to the City of Bend: Lots 20, 21, 22, 23 & 24 of Block 185, 3rd Addition to Bend Park Lot 5 of Block 188, 3rd Addition to Bend Park Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 51 6 & 7 of Block 8`7 of Bend Park Addition Block 65 of Bend Park Addition Block 135 of 2nd Addition to Bend Park Said property to be used only for park and recreation, roads, or other public purposes. IN THE MATTER OF LAND & WATER CONSERVATION TRUST FUNDS: At this time the Court authorized Helen Rastovich, Deschutes County Treasurer, to disburse the check in the amount of $5,792.50 to the City of Bend for Columbia Park, from Land and Water Conservation Trust Funds. IN THE MATTER OF AGREEMENTS,COUNTY'LAND I34SE: At this time the County leased the following described county -owned lands, to -wit: Twp. 19 S., R. 16 E.W.M.: Sec. 36: Ste,-SA6 EST , SW%5* and Twp. 20 S., R. 16 E.W.M.: Sect. 1s All of *,north 44ftwBend Burns Highway, except tax lot 300, 31W N14 Sect. 2: E'q, SE's to Ralph Sappington, Bend, these 868.92 acres, more or less, from Jan.. 1, 1968 to December 31, 1972 for grazing at the rate of ten cents per acre. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: of taxes: The Court ordered F. C. Sholes, Tax Collector, to make the following refund J. M. McCarthy Paid on wrong property $254.14 IN THE MATTER OF RENEWAL OF BUSINESS LICENSE AS A WRECKER OF MOTOR VEHICIES: The Court at this time approved the License for -Redmond Auto Wrecking, Hwy 97 S., Redmond; the owners: Glenn L. Rogerson, Ronald G. Rogerson and Eugen W. Henkemeyer. IN THE MATTER OF RIFEAL OF CERTAIN COUNTY ORDINANCES: Tb�in matter coming before the Court at 10:00 a.m., on March 4, 1968, designated as the time and place for a Hearing on the repeal of certain county ordinances. After duly hearing objections, for the public interest, the Court ordered that the following ordinances and all amendments, revisions and modifications relating thereto, are here* repealed: 1. Deschutes County Building Code Ordinance #R-1 as recorded in Vol. 10, page 233, County Commissioners Journal, 2. Deschutes County Subdivision Ordinance #2 as recorded in Volume 8, page 476 of the County Commissioners Journal, 3.
