This matter coming before the Court upon the petition
of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector and Deschutes Recreation Homesites,
Inc., Bend, and,
It appearing that a double payment of taxes has been
made on property, and,
so paid,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806,
Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C. choles as Tax Collector refund
the amount of $1.53.
