IN THE MATTER OF POWER'CABLE CROSSING: The Court at this time granted a permit to Midstate Electric Coop, Inc. to install an underground cable on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF 20th STREET, REDMOND, OREGON: At this time the Court denied the request to vacate a portion of 20th Street in the Dana Butler Subdivision, Redmond, Oregon. IN THE MATTER OF MOVING A BUILDING: At this time the Court granted a permit to Carl Spencer to move aAbuilding 221x 22' on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF DEPUTIES, DESCHUTES COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPT.: At this time the Court ordered that tate Deschutes County Clerk place the name of Rex M. Anderson, Deputy in the Sheriffts Department, on the payroll at a salary of $160.00 per month, starting March 4, 1968. At this time the Court ordered that the Deschutes County Clerk place the name of Norman C. Thrasher, Deputy for the Sheriff1s Department, on the payroll at a salary of $160.00 per month, effective March 1, 1968. IN THE MATTER OF TUMALO STATE PARK: The Court at this time made Resolution to convey to the State of Oregon through its State Highway Conmission certain properties for use for the Tmul.o State Park on the McKenzie -Bend Highway and executed a Bargain and Sale Deed for same; the following described lands in Deschutes' County, Oregon, to -wit: A parcel of land lying in the N of Section 61 Twp. 17 S., R. 12 E.W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon; the said parcel being that portion of said NES lying South- easterly of Johnson County Road and Westerly of the Deschutes River. Theparcel of land to which this description applies contains 8.0 acres, more or less; for the consideration of the sum of Five Thousand.and No/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars.
