11-586-Resolution Recorded 3/6/1968VOL 11 ?AGE 586 IHb 3 -x-68 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON for Deschutes County In the Matter of the application of the ) State of Oregon, by and through its State) Highway Commission, to purchase certain ) property in Deschutes County For the ) Tumalo State Park on the McKenzie - Bend ) Highway. ) RESOLUTION File 42444 WHEREAS, the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, has applied to the County Court of Deschutes County for certain property for use for the Tumalo State Park on the McKenzie - Bend Highway, over lands belonging to Deschutes County, hereinafter more particularly described, and, WHEREAS, the County Court of Deschutes County being of the opinion that it will be to the best interests of Deschutes County, as well as to the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, that the hereinafter described property be conveyed to the State of Oregon at a reasonable consideration, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Court of Deschutes County, sitting in regular session upon this day � , 1968, that the hereinafter described lands be deeded to the State of Oregon,, by /Td through its State Highway Commission, for the consideration of Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($5,000.00), and that the Court cause to be made, executed and delivered to the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, a good and sufficient bargain and sale deed, conveying to the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, the following described lands in Deschutes County, Oregon, to wit: A parcel of land lying in the NEkSW14 of Section 6, Township 17 South, Range 12 East, W.M,, Deschutes County, Oregon; the said parcel being that portion of said NEkSW14 lying Southeasterly of Johnson County Road and Westerly of the Deschutes River.
