IN THE MATTER OF CREEK ROAD:, At this time the Court Ordered and an Offer is hereby made to the City of Bend to surrender jurisdiction over the said Bear Creek Road lying within the city limits of the City of Bend, IN THE MATTER OF OPTION TO ACQUIRE COUNTY OWNED LAND: The Court at this time gave Newel. P. and Rosella Baker an option to acquire -3- VOL it PAGE 615 3,357 acres of county owned land, either by buying the land or trading lands of equal value under this three year option. These lands are located in Township 16 S., Range 10 E. Willamette Meridian, Sec. 13 and in Township 16 S., R. 11 E.W.M., Sections 3, 7, 8, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 30, a total of 3,357.80 acres. Further the Bakers shall also have the option to purchase the following described property: T. 16 S., R. 11 E.W.M., Sec. 8: NEkVW04s and Sec. 9: AA. This option is given by the County 'to Newel P. and Rosella Baker in furtherance of a certain Resolution entered this date pertaining to this transaction. IN THE MATTER OF RANGE IMPROVE HEN T: At this time the Court granted permission to the Oregon State Game Commission to spray sage and do further range improvement on lands owned by Deschutes County in Township 19 S., Range 14 E.W.M. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF AN ACCESS: At this time the Court granted permission to Ben Jacques to install a 301 access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF MOVING A BUILDING: The Court at this time granted permission to Rodney Rosebrook to move a garage 10x20► on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF AN ACCESS: The Court at this time granted permission to Dick Atchison to construct a private access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF 'CLERK TYPIST IN ROAD DEPARTMENT: The Court ordered the Clerk to place the name of Sally Komar on the Road Department payroll as Clerk Typist (1),, salary range (7) which rate is $265.00 per month, effective April 8, 1968. IN THE MATTER OF LEASE OF COUNTY - OWNED LAND: At this time the Court leased to Washore Turkey Association the following des- cribed county -Owned lands, to -wit: Township 15 S., Range 13 E.W.M.: Sec. 21: E!%SSEy 20 Acres Sec. 28: N;g 320 Acres containing 340 acres, more or less, for grazing purposes. The term of this lease is from January 1, 1968 to December 31, 1968 at ten centes per acre or $34,00 per year. IN THE MATTER OF MOVING A BUILDING: At this time the Court granted permission to Ken J. Holman to move six unit building on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: The Court ordered F. C.
