The Court at this time granted a permit to William R. Clemence to construct
a private access on the Wells Road right-of-way.

COUNTY ADVERTISING
COMMITTEE MEMBER:
The Court at this time accepted the resignation of Mickey Myrick on the
County Advertising Committee and by unanimous decision appointed Leonard Nord of Redmond
to fill out his unexpired term.
IN THE MATTER OF
ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE:
The Court at this time signed the agreement with U.S. Dept. of Interior, the
Assurance of Compliance Forms to assure the County compliance with Title VI of the Civil
Rights Act of 1964 relating to nondiscrimination on Federal Aid projects (the Columbia
Park Project).
IN THE MATTER OF LEASE
OF COUNTY-•9WNED LANDS:
The Court at this time leased to Wa;shore Turkey Association the following
described county -owned lands, to wit:
The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (NzSE4) and the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NEL), Section Twenty-one (21), Township Fifteen
(15) South, Range Thirteen (13), E.W.M., containing 120 acres, more or less, for a rental
amount of $500.00 per year, commencing on the 15th day of April, 1967 for five years. At
the end of the five years, the County Court may in its discretion increase the annual
rental up to, but not exceeding the sum of $1#000.00 per year for the remaining fifteen
years. These payments shall be payable annually, in advance to the Lessor, Deschutes County.

OF NEGUS ROAD:
The Court at this time ordered the Vacation of a Portion of N gus Road, beings
there were no objections at the Hearing held this date, December 21, 1960

ROAD VIEWERS REPORT::
The Court at this time accepted the report of the County Road Viewers Board;
George Baker moved the adoption and Gerald McCann seconded the motion. So ordered.
IN THE MATTER OF A
PERMIT TO HAUL
CLAY FILL MATERIAL:
The Court at this time granted permission to Keith Cyrus to haul approximately
2,000 cu. yds. of clay fill material over and across Deschutes County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
INSTALLATION OF A
PIPELINE:
The Court at this time granted a permit to William R. Clemence to install
a 411 and 61t pipeline on or across Deschutes County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
BEER LICENSES:
The Court at this time approved the renewal application for beer license
for Elwood C. & Audrey Y. Young, Joe & Beats Tavern, RKBA. license.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
