The Court at this time ordered that the Deschutes County Clerk place the name
of Elsie Holecheck, secretary representative for the Deschutes County Abundant Foods
Program, on the payroll beginning January 1, 1967, at the rate of $1.75 per hour.

VETERAN SERVICE OFFICER:
At this time the Court ordered the Clerk to place the name of Frankie Glenn Adams
on the payroll as Secretary to the Veteran Service Officer, as of January 91 1967 at
$2300 per year.

APPOINTMENT OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY ORDINANCE STUDY GROUP:
The Court at this time appointed the following members to the Ordinance Study
Group. The purpose of this committee being to study proposed ordinances made by the
Property Owners' Association, and make recommendations to the County Court:
Brad Fancher, Chairman•, Gil Helling; Archie Masterson; AtLeen Runkle and
Gary L. Capps.
IN THE MATTER OF
CASCADE THEATRE:
The Court at this time consented to the request made by Mrs. Betty Oakley on
behalf of the Cascade Theatre Group for storing materials and building sets in the old
Dyer Building.
