IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF A PORTION OF OLD PRINGLE FALLS ROAD: The Court at this time, upon the request of Camp Paulina, Inc., made Resolution to vacate a portion of a road known as the "Old Pringle Falls Road", the following described land, to -wit: A portion of a road known as the "Old Pringle Falls Road" located over and across the E2 of SE4, Section 24, Twp. 20 S., Range 10 E.W.M., and further described as follows: Beginning at or near the Southwest corner of the E2SE4 of Section 24, Twp. 20 S., Range 10 E.W.M. and running thence in a northerly and northeasterly direction across the E2SE4 to point on the east line of Q2SE4 approximately 600 feet south of the northeasterly corner thereof. The Court further ordered that duly certified copies of this Resolution be posted in three places along the road to be vacated, and that Wednesday, March 15, 1967, at 10:00 a.m., at the County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing of objections, if any there be, why said portion of the road should not be vacated as a portion of the Deschutes County Road System. IN THE MATTER OF NEW PB__ LICENSE The Court at this time approved the new application for a PB License for Martha Kalebaugh, Tumalo Store. IN THE MATTER OF INFORMATJON SIGN: At this time the Court renewed an agreement with Willard Fix for his informa- tion sign on right-of-way of old Highway 97 at a rental of $15.00 per year. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES: The Court at this time, upon the petition of N. J. Donat and W. B. Anderson, ordered that $157.88 be refunded as an overpayment of taxes on personal property has been made, out of Refunds and Adjustment funds. IN THE MATTER OF R.ETOVAL OFUB ILDING: The Court at this time entered into an Agreement between John Parker and Associates and Deschutes County for the purpose of removing a building from County owned property at 1535 E. First, Bend, Oregon. The time allowed to perform this project will cover thirty (30) days, the effective beginning date to be March 1, 1967. IN THE MATTER OF EASEMENT DEED: The Court at this time granted to the State Highway Department a Right-of-way on Arnold Ice Cave Road -Fort Rock Road, namely, a parcel of land lying in the SJNE4 of Section 4, the SW4NW4 and the N�SW4 of Section 3, Twp. 19 S., R. 14 E.W.M.; the said parcel being that portion of said subdivisions included in a strip of land 200 feet in width, 100 feet on each side of the center line of the Central Oregon Highway as said highway has been relocated, which center line is described as follows: -4- VOL .I "ACF 85 Beginning at Engineer's center line Station 165+00, said Station being 4,31$.79 feet North and 4,495.18 feet West of the South quarter corner of said Section 3; thence South 520 13' 3011 East, 7,271.04 feet to Engineer's center line Station 237+71.04. The parcel of land to which this description applies contains 20 acres, more or less. IN THE MATTER OF ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS DUMP TRUCKS, PICKUPS AND FOUR DOOR SEDAN: The Court at this time advertised that on March 15, 1967, at 2:00 p.m., Deschutes County will open bids on three (3) dump trucks, two (2) three-quarter ton pickups and one (1) four door passenger sedan. Specifications for the items to be bid were given in detail. No bids will be accepted outside Deschutes County. All prices are to be F.O.B. Deschutes County Shops, all serviced and ready for delivery. IN THE MATTER OF AGGREGATE BIDS: At this time the Court advertised that Deschutes County will open bids at 10:100 a.m., March 30, 1967, for 12,900 cubic yards of crushed aggregate for the Tumalo Falls Road oiling project. Deschutes County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids will be awarded within ten (10) days after opening. The successful bidder will be required to complete this project by July 1, 1967. IN THE MATTER OF CONSTRUCTION OF A PRIVATE ACMS: : The Court ordered a permit and granted to Laurence Mendoza to construct a private access to Northwest Market Road. IN THE MATTER OF LEASES OF COUNTY - owned lands: At this time the Court leased to Ralph M. Cake, the following described county -owned lands: Township 17 S., Range 11 E.W.M.: SASE4 of Section 23 (LEO acres) The term of this lease is from January 1, 1967 to December 31, 1971, for grazing purposes only, at the rate of ten cents (10¢) per acre or $10.00 minimum. The Court leased to Carl Campbell, Rt. 2, Box 200, Bend, the following described county -owned lands: Two. 15 S. , R. 11 E.W.M.: „ Sec. 25: SWrtSW - Sec. 26: ETSE4 Sec. 36: 52, S2N'J, N_NE4, NEW -41 TwD. 16 S.,, R. 11 E.W.M.: Sec. 1:SW�^ 2: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, SW4 3: Lots 1, NE4SE4, SE40,41 SW4SE4, East of Ditch 10: NE$M4 11: NW4, NE4NE4 .,5,.. R. 12 E.W.M.: See. 31: Lots 3, 4, E2SW4, W2SE4, that portion west of the road.
