Paricia Wyllie on the payroll as Clerk in the Assessor's Office as of April 3, 1967,
at a salary of $300.00 per month.

The Court at this time granted a permit to Hap Taylor, Jr. to purchase
3,500 cu. yards of fill material from Knott Pit. The purchase price to be ten cents per
cubic yard.

The Court at this time approved the application of Charles Asa Goddard,
Hampton Station, Brothers, Oregon for a Class "A" dispensers license; RMBB.
The Court also at this time approved the application of Robert & Nettie Meikle -
john and Paul & Angela de Cordoba, Whistle Stop Restaurant, LaPine, Oregon, for a
Class B License, RMB.
IN THE MATTEER OF
PAYROLL SERVICE:
The Court at this time entered into a Contract, effective April 1, 1967 with
the First National Bank of Portland, Oregon, for Payroll Service.

At this time the Court signed the following contracts:

purchase price $4050.00, payable $810.00 cash,
balance in monthly payments of $90.00 each
commencing May 1, 1967 at 6% interest.

monthly payments $12.50 at 6% interest, commencing

The Court at this time made Resolution that Deschutes County Court will not
sell or convey any amount of topsoil fill dirt, cinders nor gravel from county owned lands
as of this date.

CONTRACT WITH
BABLER BROTHERS, INC.,:
The Court at this time entered into a Contract with Babler Brothers, Inc.,
for the Tumalo Falls Road oiling project with 12,900 cubic yards of crushed gravel
in stockpiles located 4.73 miles from the west city limits of Bend, adjacent to the Tumalo

Falls Road. The consideration sum for this completed project is $29,670.00. Completion
time for this project will be July3., 1967.

The Court at this time granted a permit to Ken Holman to move a 26' x 26,
building on or across Deschutes County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF
INSTALLATION OF A
PIPELINE - HUNTINGTON ROAD:
The Court at this time granted permission to Glenn Anderson to install a 2"
water line on Huntington Road.

CONSTRUCTION OF A PRIVATE
ACCESS - BURGESS ROAD:
The Court granted a permit to Glenn Anderson to construct a private access
off Burgess Road.
