Rental 1,000.00 IN THE MATTER OF ROSS ROAD: The Court at this time proposed by Resolution its intention to establish the Ross Road, described as follows: A strip of land 40 feet in width, being 20 feet on each side of a center line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east side of the Boyd Acres Road; the said point being north 890 40' 45", west 407.93 feet; and thence south 523.4 feet from the north quarter section corner of Section 28, Township 17 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian and running thence east 960.0 feet. Also beginning at a point on the west side of the Boyd Acres Road north 89 40' 45", west 447.93 feet and thence south along the west side of the Boyd Acres Road 523.52 feet from the north quarter section corner of Section 28, Township 17 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian and running thence west 882.63 feet. and ordered the Roadmaster to post copies of said Resolution. Hearing on this Resolution to be held May 24, 1967 to consider any objections or re- monstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road. IN THE MATTER OF SANITARY LAND FILL: The Court at this time came to an agreement with the Forest Service for a Sanitary Land fill in Twp. 19, Range 10 E.W.M., Section 25 in the Spring River area. The Forest Service will furnish the Use Permit and the County will furnish maintenance. IN THE MATTER OF LEASE RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Court at this time entered into an agreement with the Crater Lake Machinery Co. leasing one used Cat 955 with Multi -Purpose Bucket and Medford Cab, beginning April 10, 1967, with payments to apply on purchase in August, 1967. -3- ` ?AVE 158 IN THE MATTER OF PRIVATE ACCESS• The Court at this time granted a permit to Lloyd Kimsey to construct a 12 foot private access to Huntington Road. The Court at this time granted a permit to William D. Lillebo to construct a 12 foot private access to Huntington Road. The Court at this time granted a permit to K. H. Oakley to install a private access on the Wells Road. IN EHE MATTER OF BEER LICENSES: The Court at this time approved the following renewal applica- tions for beer licenses: Howard & Jessie L. Reed; Paulina Lake Resort RMBB Beatrice Ida Clausen; Thunderbird Restaurant DB and Club James J. Rosenthal & Rose M. Rosenthal The Ranch Room DB There being no further business, Court adjourned.
