The pavement must be replaced t(. its nriginal line, crown, and prade with an asphalt mixture to conform with the surrounding riad bed. The area e: Lnstallation must be kept sm9cth for the traveling public at all times. The permittee will be required at all times to take every precaution to prrtect the traveling public.
