A permit is granted by Deschutes County to QKhRM i,'TUORM

tailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of
this sheet. This permit is subject to -the. following general specifications and is
revzcable at any time upon written rotice,by �he•Oeschutes County Court.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS

parallel with the road shall be in the existing ditch line,, or no less than three
(3) feet frnm,the edge of the existing pavement edge. All pipe lines must be in-
sialled t`, », hepth to be no less than two (2) feet and properly backfilled to the

cases where a, water line is installed in a transverse direction the water pipe must
be installed within a larger pipe which size shall be no less than six (6) inches in
diameter. hackfilling and Paving: The permittee shall be required to properly back-
fill the trench in such a manner as to guarantee a well compacted, stabilized sub-
base prier to paving. The pavement must be replaced t(. its eriginal_ line, crown,
and grade with an asphalt mixture to conform with the surrounding r^ad bed. The
area of installation must be kept smocth for the traveling public at all times. The
permittee will be required at all times to take every precaution to pr^tect the
traveling public. All signs and traffic controls shall be furnished by the permit-
tee,
