IN THE MATTER OF
CAGLE PLAT:
The Court at this time approved the plat for an addition to the Cagle residential
subdivision in the LaPine area. Mr. and Mrs. Cagle, LaPine, were present at the regular
court session.
IN THE MATTER OF
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:
The Court at this time ordered the Clerk to place the name of Mrs. Louise
Devenport as Part -Time Licensed Practical Nurse in the Tri -County Health Department for
the Home Health Agency, as of June 192 1967. The rate of pay to be at $200.00 per month.

PRICE AGREEMENT
TumALO FALLS CRUSHING CONTRACT:
The Court at this time signed an Agreement with Babler Brothers, Inc. to
adjust the contract price for stockpiling. The stockpiling at the specified contract site
necessitated stockpiling height of fourteen feet, which if completed will cause financial
hardship upon the contractor. The Contractor aggres to furnish the County with an additional
four hundred cubic yards of 3/4 - 0 material to offset the total price differential, with
no increase in cost to Deschutes County.

T.TNE ON CORN ;LIUS ROAD:
At this time the Court granted a permit to Central Oregon Irrigation to
install a water line on Cornelius Road.
IN THE MATTER OF
SUPERVISOR, JUVENILE
'�IORK PARTY.
The Court at this time ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to place the name
of Hugo Fisher, Supervisor, Juvenile `.Mork Party, on Temporary employment as of June 14, 1967
for the Road Department, at a rate of $2.50 per hour.
IN THE MATTER. OF
ACCESS ROAD:
The Court granted a permit to Kenneth d. Rice to build 30t access road on
Reservoir Road.
IN THE MATTER OF
MANCE HALL PERMIT:
Upon the petition of Elsie Simpson, the Court granted LaPine Community to
hold a Community Dance at the Schoolhouse for benefit of LaPine Community on Saturday,
July 1, 1967.
IN THE MATTER OF
SOF TAXES:
The Court ordered F. C. Sholes, Tax Collector, to make the following
refund of taxes:

PERSONNEL ACTION:
At this time, the Court authorized the Roadmaster to place the following
personnel on the Road Department payroll:
John Frederick Patterson (Summer Only) $420.00 per month
Irwin R. Lenaburg (Probation Period) $500.00 per month
To be effective July 5, 1967.
IN THE 14ATTt OF
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS:
The Court at this time ordered and provided an appropriation of Seventeen
Thousand Four Hundred and ninety-two Dollars ($17,492) for use in and about agricultural
or farm demonstration and field work in said County of Deschutes during the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1967 and ending June 30, 1968, to be expended as provided in Sections
31-302 to 31-207, inclusive, O.C.L.A., subject to the supervision of the State Agri-
cultural College of the State of Oregon.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
