IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON
In the Matter

West Pumice Avenue,
25th Street, and
26th Street
FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES
R E S O L U T I O N
THIS MATTER coming before the Court on the petition of Desmond
Curry and the Court having made investigation and being advised, and,
IT APPEARING THAT West Pumice Avenue, 25th & 26th Streets are
public ways recorded and dedicated to the public, in a plat filed in
Book 8, Page 28, in the Deschutes County Clerkts Office, and designated
as Ranchway Acres, 1st Addition, and,
IT APPEARING THAT an agreement has been reached between Deschutes
County and Desmond Curry for the improvement of these roads;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED That West Pumice Avenue, from the
west side of 26th Street to the Euston County Road, and 25th & 26th Streets
as recorded on the above mentioned Plat, be accepted as county roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the County Roadmaster
or his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by posting
true copies thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk, at
the place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the
vicinity of said proposed county roads thirty (30) days previous to the
consideration of this Resolution by the County Court, notifying all persons
concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed upon by this
Court at a meeting on the 6th day of September, 1967, at which time the

Court will consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed
on account of said acceptance of the above mentioned roads by Deschutes
County.
